{"id":104730,"date":"2026-05-05T23:02:21","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T21:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/huris.nl\/?p=104730"},"modified":"2026-05-05T23:07:55","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T21:07:55","slug":"full-profile-universally-enabled","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/huris.nl\/en\/full-profile-universally-enabled\/","title":{"rendered":"Full Profile Universally\u00a0Enabled\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;latest&nbsp;Full Profile&nbsp;consolidates&nbsp;employee data from Employee Central, Talent, Payroll, Time, and MDF objects into a single,&nbsp;card\u2011based&nbsp;layout that improves discoverability and reduces scrolling.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the&nbsp;<strong>1H 2026 release<\/strong>, the Full Profile becomes&nbsp;<strong>universally enabled and can no longer be switched off<\/strong>.&nbsp;Edit and History screens move into the new UI&nbsp;but are not yet&nbsp;universal and&nbsp;can be switched off.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MDF objects are already supported in the Full Profile using&nbsp;Configurable UI&nbsp;for the View experience.&nbsp;<strong>SAP will&nbsp;gradually retire Configurable UI<\/strong>, replacing it with&nbsp;non\u2011Configurable&nbsp;UI&nbsp;configurated&nbsp;via object definition,&nbsp;card\u2011level&nbsp;UI settings, and business rules. Customers are encouraged to test and adopt the experience ahead of the planned universal push.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this release, SAP has delivered a series of targeted enhancements to the latest Performance Management forms to improve both usability and evaluation quality. These include the ability to&nbsp;evaluate skills and competencies for an employee\u2019s next role,&nbsp;supporting more&nbsp;forward\u2011looking&nbsp;development discussions, alongside support for&nbsp;manual competency ratings. The&nbsp;<strong>\u201cLaunch Form Based on Assessment Outcome\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;scenario allows&nbsp;organizations&nbsp;to automatically trigger&nbsp;follow\u2011up&nbsp;forms\u2014such as development plans or performance improvement forms\u2014based on ratings captured in&nbsp;an initial&nbsp;performance form.
