The latest Full Profile consolidates employee data from Employee Central, Talent, Payroll, Time, and MDF objects into a single, card‑based layout that improves discoverability and reduces scrolling.

With the 1H 2026 release, the Full Profile becomes universally enabled and can no longer be switched off. Edit and History screens move into the new UI but are not yet universal and can be switched off.

MDF objects are already supported in the Full Profile using Configurable UI for the View experience. SAP will gradually retire Configurable UI, replacing it with non‑Configurable UI configurated via object definition, card‑level UI settings, and business rules. Migration tooling to move existing MDF cards from Configurable UI to the new framework is planned from 2H 2026 onward. Customers are advised to check compatibility of the custom MDF objects.

Sunset of CPI NEO platform

For those customers using the CPI platform for their integrations; SAP has announced the current NEO environment for CPI platform integrations will sunset in 2028. By this time, customers have to be migrated to a new platform; Cloud Foundry. HuRis has developed tooling to assist with this migration. Contact HuRis Support for more information on this.

Latest Performance Management Form Enabled by default

SAP SuccessFactors continues to roll out the Latest Performance Management Form Experience, a modernized form design that improves readability, navigation and consistency across performance cycles. This experience is automatically enabled but remains optout now. The latest experience will become universal in 1H 2027. Customers are encouraged to test and adopt the experience ahead of the planned universal push.

In this release, SAP has delivered a series of targeted enhancements to the latest Performance Management forms to improve both usability and evaluation quality. These include the ability to evaluate skills and competencies for an employee’s next role, supporting more forward‑looking development discussions, alongside support for manual competency ratings. SAP has also added productivity features such as the Writing Assistant and Legal Scan, helping reviewers draft feedback more efficiently and consistently.

New Business Rules triggered on Evaluation Outcomes

With the introduction of new business rule scenarios in Performance & Goals, SAP SuccessFactors expands how performance processes can respond dynamically to assessment outcomes. The “Launch Form Based on Assessment Outcome” scenario allows organizations to automatically trigger follow‑up forms—such as development plans or performance improvement forms—based on ratings captured in an initial performance form. In addition, the “Add Custom Validations to Form Fields” scenario enables warning or error messages to appear when specific rating or field conditions are met, supporting higher‑quality and more consistent evaluations.
