SAP has ensured that SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors are ready for GDPR.
As HuRis Cloud Services, we have recently prepared our own add-ons for GDPR, so that you can comply with all legal obligations.
Extensions Illness Manager
The Illness Manager for SuccessFactors has already supported you with your sickness reports and your obligations under the “Wet Verbetering Poortwachter”. Over the past six months, this has been expanded to allow UWV notifications to be made automatically, and to provide better support for WIA “Eigen risico dragers”.
